The Iberian ham Maldonado, is a 100% Iberian ham pure acorn. It is cut by hand and comes in a case with 2 trays of 50 gr each. It comes from pigs of the breed Lampiño, raised in the wild and fed only of acorns and roots, in the period of the “mountain” period.
Its aromas and flavor are really exceptional, due to its ability to filter a lot of oleic acid into your muscles. Under normal conditions, the oleic acid content of each of these hams far exceeds 58%.
Maldonado hams are made almost by hand, and during healing, a significantly less than usual amount of salt is used.
