Pure Iberian chorizo by Maldonado


The Iberian chorizo Maldonado, is a 100% Iberian chorizo pure acorn. It is made with lean chopped and cobbled with paprika. It comes from pigs of the breed Lampiño, raised in the wild and fed only from acorns, herbs and roots.

The meat used comes from the headboards of the animal. The funneling is carried out in natural casing and is subsequently left to mature over a period of time ranging from 90 to 120 days.

Product free of glute, lactose-free and dye-free.
